Terry was the day manager at GJ's and then became General Manager. He worked a lot with Willingstein. Terry can be remembered most for making and rolling the dough every weekday with his blue apron on. He always had all the food prepped and ready for the night crew. Who can forget Terry's made up words: Yoda Cruz
Terry drove the following cars while at GJ:

 He left GJ's in 1986
Married 1986
Divorced 1991( traded in for a newer model)
2 kids from this marriage, Nathan and Danielle ( you've
seen them both)
Nathan- graduated from University of Central Oklahoma

Danielle - Freshman- University of Texas Austin
Married to wife Lisa - 5 years - no kids.
He currently lives in Plano at Coit and Hwy 121.

Terry has worked in various Military Industrial management and analysts positions since leaving GJ's in 1986. He has worked for such companies as Texas Instruments-Defense Systems, Gammon Group, Philips Electronics, DNA Computing Solutions, and presently with Optex Systems making military periscopes and optical sighting systems.

Oct 2020 - Terry's sister posted on facebook “On behalf of Terry's children, Dani Paulk and Nathan Opdyke, myself and my husband Stephen, we are heartbroken to announce that Terry has recently passed away. While we are filled with grief at his passing, we take comfort in knowing he is no longer struggling with the medical issues he has had over recent years. Respecting his wishes, we have chosen cremation and to hold a small family only service in the future.
